Information you share
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, message, and any company or phone information you choose to provide. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss the services you request. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the contact form.
Website analytics
If you accept optional analytics, PostHog receives page visits and selected interactions, such as opening a contact form or successfully sending a message. Analytics events do not include your form entries, name, email address, phone number, or company. We do not enable automatic interaction capture or session recording.
Analytics uses a temporary identifier in browser memory rather than a persistent tracking cookie. Technical data can include browser and device information, the page path, and IP-derived location. A temporary identifier does not make all technical data anonymous.
You can decline analytics or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Contact forms and the rest of the website work without analytics. Requests already sent before withdrawal cannot be recalled.
Providers and storage
Vercel hosts this website and may process request information to deliver and secure it. Resend delivers your inquiry to our team and sends a confirmation email to you. PostHog processes optional analytics only after your acceptance. These providers process information to supply their services.
We keep inquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond, provide requested services, and meet applicable business or legal obligations. Provider logs and analytics follow the retention settings of those services. You may contact us to ask about or request deletion of information we hold about you. See our cookie policy for browser storage details.
Use and sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with providers needed to operate this website and respond to you, or when required by law. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Our providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate. No method of internet transmission is completely secure.
SMS privacy
Key Element AI LLC, doing business as Key Element, collects your mobile number, messaging preferences, consent records, and message contents when you opt in to business texts. We use this information to answer your questions, coordinate appointments, provide service or account updates, and honor your messaging choices.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Twilio and mobile carriers to deliver messages, and our CRM to retain messages and consent evidence. These service providers receive the information needed to perform those functions.
Message and consent records are retained for at least five years under our correspondence policy and may be retained longer where required for our services or legal obligations. Opting out stops further business texts but does not automatically delete existing records. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information by text.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also email nathan@keyelement.ai. See our SMS terms for enrollment, frequency, and charges.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable retention obligations before fulfilling it.
This policy covers the Key Element marketing website and the Key Element business texting program. Separately contracted services may have their own privacy terms. We update the date above when this policy changes.
